Iran is prepared to resume nuclear talks with Washington on condition that it is handled with "dignity" and "honor", Iran's foreign minister has announced.

Abbas Araghchi declared only diplomacy was effective, and revealed fresh requests had originated from mediators to resume talks with the American leadership.
